2. If sidewalks are being closed, could the sidewalk on one side of the street be left open?
3. If sidewalks are being closed, provide linear channelizing devices so that the closed sidewalk can be detected by a visually impaired person using a cane to navigate.
4. Add note ensuring that signs will not obstruct sidewalks along Alvernon.

5. Please see the Utility Manual Page 35 -39 for requirements for a submittal for a utility permit.
6. Please clarify the meaning of “80x20 area painted in white” on the site plan. Are these dimensions in feet or inches? Is the white paint a pavement marking?
7. What is the significance of the red box on the site plan? If this is the work area, please provide dimensions.
