I will assume this a moving operation? 2) Is the proposed Should closure behind curb or is it closing the Bike lane (Not shown on the Traffic Control plan) 3) Please note that Bike are not longer allowed to share a Travel lane on roadways with posted speed limits above 30 mph, with out a alternative route being provided with in the closure or alternative location. (Refer to the attached file) 4) Note that Crosswalk should be depicted on plans if they are being used for pedestrian re-routing. Please review the Scope of work and the proposed Traffic control plan and reply to above questions, I will hold on review completion tell I hear back. |
