The correct permit type is Right of Way General, not Right of Way Utility. Right of Way Utility permits are reserved for utility companies or contractors performing work on behalf of a utility company. Additionally, a traffic control plan is not considered a site plan. A valid site plan must be either a Google aerial view with the work area clearly marked, or, if an aerial view cannot be provided, the Notice of Violation (NOV) with photos may be used as the site plan. Please note that attaching the NOV with photos is only acceptable for sidewalk repair permits. Also, ensure that the traffic control plan is reattached as well. |
