As noted below there is other long term work in the area, that you will be required to coordinate with when performing you project work. Notes: 1) Site plan shows work area set back from edge of Pavement on Speedway. Please provide the set back distance 2) Is this project part of a Development or Construction Project in the area. 3) Will crews be working from the Roadway or be working from behind curb? Traffic control plan - Notes Review Traffic Control plan design as you are not able to kill 2 lanes in 1 Single taper movement. You would need to set a 2 stage closure as the proposed start of the taper is which in an active travel lane before the dedicated Right turn lane begins.. Either way you will still be moving 2 lanes of traffic with the current design west of the intersection. Closure as shown will need a Taper, Tangent 2x taper length, Taper, buffer prior to re-opening for the Right turn lane split.. If Right lane is required for scope of work re-look at setup options.. |
