Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all comments were addressed.

Site / Construction Plan:
1. Please include an index sheet showing where each section / sheet in this permit lies along the project. (The one we looked at over teams is great. Please incorporate it into this submittal)
2. In the Additional Info section of the permit application, 1600 lineal feet is the project length, and the design plans show roughly 4800’ feet of work. Please clarify.
3. Some of the proposed work is in an AE zone floodplain. A floodplain use permit is required and will be added to the permit in the subrecords section. Please complete this application before the next submittal.
4. Some of the proposed work is in an Archeological Sensitivity Zone. Please contact Jodie Brown for more information about complying with regulations. Jodie.Brown@tucsonaz.gov
Traffic Control Plan:
5. Please include an index sheet.
6. Include only the TCP for this permit.
7. COT DTM Policy 6.01.1 - Instead of closing the bike lanes, please provide a space for bikes behind the barricades. Use a second line of barricades to create a 5’ shifting bike lane.
8. PUAM, Sect 9 - It looks like the sidewalks will be affected. Please provide a sidewalk plan that shows how pedestrians will be routed around the work area. For an example of a sidewalk plan, see MUTCD Figure 6H-28. Email me with questions or for more examples.
9. Show all bus stops. If planning to temporarily move the bus stop, attach additional supporting document showing coordination emails with SunTran’s Jeff Lockwood. His email is Jefferey.lockwood@tucsonaz.gov
