Traffic Control Plan: 1. PUAM, Sect 9 – Please show lane widths, including bicycle lane. 2. COT DTM Policy 6.01.1 – Where bike lanes are closed, please first try these alternatives. If it is possible, please use a second line of barricades to create a 5’ shifting bike lane rather than closing the bike lane. If this is not possible because there is not enough room, please route bicycles onto the sidewalk with a sign reading, “BICYCLES ON SIDEWALK OK / YIELD TO PEDS.” Email me for sign specifications. a. On Page 4 the westbound bike lane is closed. b. On Page 3, the eastbound bicycle lane is closed. c. On Page 1, the southbound, eastbound, and westbound bike lanes are closed. d. On Page 2, the southbound and westbound bicycle lanes are closed. e. On Page 6, the southbound bicycle lane is closed. 3.
