2) Pedestrian compliant surface required for Detour route, with definable and detectable edges. Proposed surface shows as Gravel (ADA compliant Wall , ADA compliant plating or hard packeted surface. )
3) Pedestrian detours not be be placed on Private property.
4) MUTCD requires a minimum 60" protected path for pedestrian movement.
