11/07/2023 ROW Engineering Review REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. A shadow truck is not allowable for the time needed for pot holing. Shadow trucks are used in a "rolling" operation, or short-term up to 45 minutes. Please resubmit a TCP showing lane closures for each pot hole and including and set up changes in lanes.
2. Congress St is under pavement moratorium. Cut and patch pot-holing will require a pavement moratorium patch according the the City of Tucson Public Utility Administrative manual. If however, a core-drill is used for the pot holes, the patch can be done per the MAG specification.
