Must be separate from the Traffic Control Plan. Provide a Google aerial view clearly showing the marked location where the sidewalk repair will occur.
Traffic Control Plan (TCP)
Submit a TCP prepared by a registered barricade company.
If you are submitting your own TCP, you must include:
A valid ATSSA certification, and A TCP that meets the City of Tucson requirements.

Sidewalk Repair Documentation
Attach a copy of the Notice of Violation (NOV)
Include photos of the damaged sidewalk
