Please show width of new sidewalk and the offset dimensions from the back of curb to the new sidewalk and from the property line to the new sidewalk. 2. It appears you are proposing to remove a curb access ramp (key note 16). Curb access ramps should be reconstructed to meet code, not removed. Please reconstruct the existing ramp and add a second curb access ramp across E Mabel St from the sidewalk along the west side of N Vine Ave as it appears this part of the right of way is along the project frontage.
