1. Please show dimensions of new sidewalk and off offsets from the back of curb and property line.
2. It appears you are proposing to remove a curb access ramp (key note 16). Curb access ramps should be reconstructed to meet code, not removed. Please reconstruct the existing ramp and add a second curb access ramp across E Mabel St from the sidewalk along the west side of N Vine Ave as it appears this part of the right of way is along the project frontage. P. A. G. SD 207 Type 3 for mid-block crossing.
3. Show how proposed sidewalk will tie into existing sidewalk on the east edge of the project. Use P. A. G. SD 203 New to Existing Connection.
