| 09/30/2025 | ROW Engineering Review - Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Review Notes: I have attached a screen image shot of page #2 of the DP design package for reference, also included in the permit request) 1) Traffic Control plan for Grant Rd work will require pedestrian access to be maintain on the existing side of the right of way and the utilization of a ADA compliant detour path route (Refer to MUTCD 11th edition for route suggestions) 2) Traffic control plans will be required for work along N Estrella Av. 3) Work areas on both Grant Rd and Estrella should be called out in the permit request work description, along with any Flat work to be completed in the with of ROW in one permit. All utility work within ROW will require separate permits per scope of work. 4) North Driveway area - Sidewalk show continue through the driveway, and both should meet PAG 200 and 206 standards 5) Vertical curb should be place and used the full length of the project area along Estrella Ave for this scope of project 6) All sidewalk placement on Estrella Av to meet PAG 200 standards and be 5' minimum 7) South Driveway - Sidewalk show continue through the driveway, and both should meet PAG 200 and 206 standards. And should be designed as an exit only Ingress point, do to proximity to Grant Rd and ROW conditions as Left outs could create an unsafe and necessary congestion. This should assist in the new sidewalk to Existing ADA curb ramp connection point. 8) ADA/Curb ramp at the corner of Grant and Estrella will require a redesign and will need to meet ADA Curb Ramp standards PAG 207, Please call out the Standard detail Type or Types to be used. Sidewalk re-routing maybe required to provide a safe connection point to maintain standards |
