Comments:
1. It appears the plans submitted are for work which has already been completed. Please clarify. If revising previously approved plans, show clouded revisions and include a project narrative describing changes.

2. AM 2-06.4.9H4 - Please fully dimension offsets between right of way limits, sidewalks, curbs and other improvements on the next submittal of the site plan.
3. TSM 10-01.3.2.B.3 - A buffer of two feet is required between the back of wedge curbing and the sidewalk.
4. A Floodplain Use Permit (FUP) is required for this project. You can apply for a FUP under the subrecords tab on this permit in Tucson Development Center Online.
