Driveway design that complies with applicable PAG (Pima Association of Governments) Standards and all City requirements. Site visibility (sight distance) analysis demonstrating compliance with applicable visibility standards at the proposed driveway location. A description of the scope of work and an evaluation of impacts to N. Wilson Avenue (16-foot roadway width). During construction, a minimum 10-foot travel lane shall be maintained at all times on N. Wilson Avenue. Include an appropriate traffic control plan and construction phasing, if applicable, demonstrating compliance with this requirement. Res-0625-030208 Review - DTM Review Comments regarding the construction of New enclosed Garage with Entry from Right of Way on North west end of property off Wilson St. 1) Based on location of existing wall and Curb line along Wilson St - Removal of wall section is recommended to meet the over all width of the proposed driveway. 2) Wedge Curb meeting PAG 209 standard will be recommended with PAG 210 Transition standard. 3) Concrete driveway construction to property line from back of Curb way or Curb cut standard. Please refer to attachment section for PAG standard documents. NOTE: All work performed within the City Right of Way requires submission of Separate ROW permit. |
