06/17/2026 ROW Engineering Review - Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Revise the Traffic Control Plans (TCP) to address pedestrian access requirements along the collector roadway in accordance with City policy and the Utility Manual.

Pedestrian access should be maintained on the existing side of the right-of-way where ADA-compliant facilities currently exist. The previous permit review and approval were based on the scope of work and traffic control measures presented at that time. Please review the current project needs, proposed work activities, and right-of-way impacts to determine whether the sidewalk closure remains necessary.

If a sidewalk closure is still required, provide a compliant pedestrian access route that meets ADA requirements and City standards. Revise the TCP accordingly and re-upload the corrected plans for review.
