Comments:
1. Please clarify the project description within Tucson Development Center Online. Right of Way (ROW) refers to city owned property between parcels including the road, curb, sidewalk and pedestrian buffer. I believe you are wanting to make a curb cut and construct a combined driveway apron.
2. Please show a detail drawing of the driveway apron with dimensions on the site plan. See Pima Association of Governments Standard Detail 206 for an example.
3. Please provide a letter from the property owner at 1111 E HEDRICK DR giving permission construct a combined driveway apron spanning the property line.
4. The maximum curb cut width for 2 adjoining properties is 30 feet.
