Is 24 hrs required for off work hours as there is a dedicated Bike/Parking 6' lane on the SB side of road, could the closure be dropped to a Shoulder closure at night? Or can work be accommodated in the 6' Lane and a 24hr shoulder lane be maintained? 2) I do understand the NO LEFT option at the intersection to maintain traffic flow, however a Marked detour route will need to be provided if left turns are restricted. Location is a Major Arterial Intersection and is located in high volume traffic area.. Please review and evaluate the proposed restriction |
