There are two travel lanes and this one Bus/ Bike lane. The plan only shows two lanes. Is it the Bus/ Bike lane being closed? Or is it the travel lane, that would be two lanes closed? Nevertheless, there will still need to be a “Reasonable Alternative” for cyclists through the work area. 7. TCP titled, “TCP Fairview MM Right Lane CL & Shifts Plan 3.” a. Matchline A and Matchline B are backwards. Matchline B should be for Fairview south of the intersection and Matchline A should be for north of the intersection. b. Fairview does not have bike lanes.
