If this work can be completed without disruption to current curb access ramp work (requires coordination with contractor), and completed by April 1st, prior to milling and paving of the adjacent roadways at all four locations. Otherwise, this work must be postponed to July 4th, following completion of Prop 411 and will be subject to moratorium rules on the roadway. | ||
