In terms of the PIA improvements, it appears that the new driveway lines up with the new Pima County Mosaic Quarter access point, a new signalized intersection at Kino Pkwy/Tournament Way (as mentioned in the TIA supporting this development). If this is correct, this project team should coordinate with that project team in order to ensure that all ROW improvements meet the needs of both projects. For instance, EB traffic leaving this development site will need traffic signal indications to be able to enter onto Kino Pkwy without conflicting with the opposing traffic. |
