Most of the 198 acres proposed for rezoning has been previously graded to a flat condition and a some of the area is currently covered with impervious surfaces including airplane runways. 2. The Tucson Airport Authority has a master drainage plan that requires periodic reports monitoring the increase in impervious areas and showing how stormwater detention and retention requirements are met. 3. For rezoning to industrial, the sign area ratio is 4 square feet of sign area per linear foot of street frontage. Freestanding signage is to be reviewed separately.
