Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. 2. The use is Food Service, which is permitted in the C-1 zone. The development is subject to use specific standards C-1: 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O 3. If an expansion is less than 25% or if a series of expansions cumulatively results in less than a 25% expansion in, the requirements apply only to the proposed expansion. 4. Vehicular parking requirements are 1 space per 100 sq. ft. GFA and outdoor seating areas 5. Bicycle Parking requirements - Short-term parking 1 space per 2,000 sq. ft. GFA.
