Real Estate REVIEW COMPLETED Related TRE should be an associated permit under "RES 2024-100." Comparison of the current streatery submittal prepared by FORS, to the existing plan in TEOP 2020-206X El Charro on Court Parklet, shows these nearly identical. Plan needs revision to show further detail and measurement identification, especially along Court Street. Plan needs to show centerline of Court Street and minimum 12’ in each direction to show that a minimum 24’ total width is available for vehicular traffic. The two travel lanes need to be marked. Show a NORTH Arrow on the plan view diagram. Where street parking is indicated on the east side of Court Street, eliminate diagonal lines and replace with actual spaces for metered parking and indicate location of each meter. Plan shows an 8’ width for streetside parking, which should be at least 9’ wide: consult Park Tucson. Plan shows a total curb to curb street width of 41’. Will this width be sufficient for metered street-side parking, two way vehicular traffic, and bicycle traffic if needed, along with the 8’ wide streatery, to meet code? Please indicate this in the plan. The proposed Streatery should maintain a minimum 6’ wide clear sidewalk at its narrowest point.
ROW Engineering Review REVIEW COMPLETED No Comments. David Stiffey David.Stiffey@tucsonaz.gov.
No structural elements should be anchored in asphalt. Current conditions appear to have steel railing anchored in asphalt with bolts in multiple locations. Any composite decking material that requires replacement or repair should be shown. Composite decking appears to be sagging with wear upon on-site inspection. Please show details of ramp which conforms to ADA Standards. Benjamin Elias benjamin.elias@tucsonaz.gov
Traffic Engineering Review REVIEW COMPLETED Reflective tape should be installed on all structural members that face the roadway shown in details 3, 4 & 5. - Hal Feldman hal.feldman@tucsonaz.gov
