Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. 2. The use is, Food Service which is permitted in the C-1 zone. The development is subject to use specific standards C-1: 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O 3. Vehicular parking requirements are 1 space per 100 sq. ft. GFA and outdoor seating areas. For a shopping center the parking requirement is 1 space per 300 sq. ft. GFA 4. Bicycle Parking requirements for short term parking spaces is 1 space per 2,000 sq ft. GFA minimum required is 2 spaces and long term spaces required is 1 space per 12,000 sq ft. GFA minimum required is 2 spaces. 5. The minimum width of a two-way PAAL is 24 ft. 6.
