Information on the development package can be found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits - Ensure all Parking Area Access Lanes (PAALs) meet the minimum standards of section 7.4.6-2: MOTOR VEHICLE USE AREA. Minimum width for a 2 way parking area access lane is 24’. - All proposed parking spaces will need to meet the minimum standards of section 7.4.6. MOTOR VEHICLE USE AREA DESIGN CRITERIA. Some of the proposed parking spaces are not meeting the maneuverability standards of this section - To reduce parking strain on the site a Shopping center use can be used for the entire site. | TW New Area Development | REVIEW COMPLETED | TP-PRE-1023-00342 - Pre-Application Conference Review v1 – 5151 N ORACLE RD Tucson Water offers the following comments for your convenience: 1. The water company that will serve domestic potable water this proposed drive through restaurant is the Metropolitan Water District. The Metropolitan Water District currently serves domestic, potable water to the existing development on the site. 2. The existing on-site fire hydrants are connected to water mains along Oracle Road that belong to Tucson Water. 3. Please show how the existing and proposed development on this site are/will be connected to the Metropolitan Water District’s distribution system to avoid confusion when this development package is reviewed. 4. The easements shown on the drawings must be labeled. It is not sufficient to just call them out in the General Notes. 5. Please contact the Metropolitan Water District Engineering with any questions you may have about obtaining domestic, potable water service for the proposed development .
