SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO COMMENTS:

1. This is an existing site, and the scope of work or expansion is not clear. Once the area of expansion or level of improvements are indicated, a full review will be provided by the site landscape review section. If there is an expansion in square footage of land area, floor area, lot coverage, or vehicular use area of greater than 25 percent, then UDC 7.6 landscape and screening standards may apply. If UDC 7.6 standards are required, this will trigger the commercial rainwater harvesting ordinance.

If the expansion is 25% or greater or if expansion as of February 15, 1991, cumulatively result in a 25% or greater expansion in land area, floor area, lot coverage, or vehicular use area, the standards of this section apply to the entire site.
