| TW New Area Development * | REVIEW COMPLETED | Based on the information provided, Tucson Water has no objections to the proposed development. Please note that the available option to provide domestic water service to the proposed project is to tie into the 8-inch existing service stub from the 24-inch ductile iron (F Zone) water main located on the north side of the parcel and extend a parallel water main within the right-of-way of E Escalante Road. This proposed water main extension will provide the required frontage for the two newly created parcels and allow them to meet the applicable water main frontage policy. Water pressure in this area is 40-47 PSI at an elevation of 2895ft. Water pressure can vary by an additional 5 psi +/-. Please coordinate with the City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM) to confirm the paving schedule and whether the proposed work will be subject to the City’s 5-year pavement cut moratorium.
