TW New Area Development | REVIEW COMPLETED | TP-PRE-0923-00332 - Pre-Application Conference Review v1 – 5020 E GLENN ST Tucson Water has no objections to the proposed development and offers the following comments for your convenience: 1. Tucson Water’s Remote Meter Policy prohibits the private water line from a water meter to a building on one lot from lying on, or crossing, any other lot. Please verify that the private water line for the existing building on proposed Lot 2 does not encroach into proposed Lots 1 or 3. If it will, a new water meter for the existing building on Lot 2 will need to be installed in the street frontage of Lot 2 and a new private water line run from this new water meter to the existing building on Lot 2. 2. If a new water is needed, please contact Tucson Water’s New Services Section to discuss the details of this process by sending an e-mail to TW_Common@tucsonaz.gov. The above comments are based on the limited preliminary information provided by the applicant and should not be construed as a complete review of the proposal.
