Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 Tentative Plat and Section 2-07 Condominium Plat. The Tentative Plat should be submitted first and receive a first review, prior to submission of the Condominium Plat. They can be submitted concurrently, at Applicant’s risk. 2. The existing zone for the project location is C-2. General Merchandise Sales, excluding Large Retail Establishment, is a permitted use in C-2, subject to Use-Specific Standard 4.9.9.B.1. 3. Clarify intended use of “building unit”. See Definitions and Rules of Construction (Section 11.3). 4. Also, the quality of some of these documents is poor.
