Conditional use permit (special exception) for placement of a mobile PET./CT trailer at an existing office location with an existing power supply and pad for a prior mobile trailer. Effectively, this is an upgrade.

ZONING REVIEW SUMMARY

1. Zoning has determined the proposed Medical Imaging (PET/CT) use will be also fall under the definition of Medical Service – Outpatient and thus, a conditional use permit (Special Exception) will not be applicable.

2.
