Traffic Engineering Review REVIEW COMPLETED TP-PRE-0823-00289
3544 E. Ft. Lowell Rd.

Comments:
1. Any existing curb, sidewalk or curb access ramps which are non-compliant with current standards will be reconstructed to meet current standards.
2. It appears on the Preliminary Development Plan for AGM that the first existing entrance on Richey Blvd north of Presidio Rd will remain. The southern curb access ramp at that entrance needs to be evaluated to determine if it is within tolerance of current standards. At the sidewalk north of this existing entrance, a new curb access ramp will need to be installed; per P.A.G. standard 207.
3. Any unused existing curb cuts which are not per plan to be used, must be closed with new curb, and new sidewalk.
4. Protect in place existing streetlights.
5. Protect in place or relocate accordingly, existing regulatory or warning signs.
