The proposed change in use MAY make this facility subject to the requirements of Section 609 of the 2018 International Plumbing Code. Tucson Water does not enforce this code, but the City of Tucson Planning and Development Services (PDSD) does. All questions about whether Section 609 of the 2018 International Plumbing Code applies to this project, or not, should be directed to Mr. Robert Sherry of the PDSD.
