Tucson Water has no objections to the proposed development and offers the following comment for your convenience:

1. Each of the new lots will need to have its own water service line and water meter. No sharing of water service lines or water meters will be permitted.
2. There is an existing 6 inch CA (cement asbestos) potable water main along the southern Right-of-Way of Carlton St. There is an existing 6 inch CA (cement asbestos) potable water main along the western Right-of-Way of Missiondale. Please see valve map SE121513, obtained through Tucson Water GIS.
3. If any new domestic water, irrigation water, or fire water services are needed to serve this proposed development, please contact Tucson Water’s New Services Section by calling 520-791-5164 or by sending an email to TW_Common@tucsonaz.gov.
