COMMENT: Demonstrate the site meets the minimum parking requirement for the Retail – General Merchandise Sales, excluding Large Retail Establishment (Grocery Store). Per UDC TABLE 7.4.4-1: MINIMUM NUMBER OF MOTOR VEHICLE SPACES REQUIRED, the minimum required parking ratio is 1 space to 300 square feet of gross floor area. Any parking spaces that are used to store the UHAULs must be in excess to the minimum required spaces for the grocery store. 3. COMMENT: Per UDC TABLE 7.4.8-1 MINIMUM REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING SPACES, 2 short-term and 2 long-term bicycle parking spaces are required. 4.
