ROW Engineering Review REVIEW COMPLETED TP-PRE-0524-00129
2020 W. Prince Rd.

Comments:
1. On Weymouth St, the first entrance to the property heading west from Runway,
a. The existing curb and gutter needs to be checked for its condition. If it is cracked, or busted up, it’ll need to be replaced- through the width of the entrance only.
b. The entrance width (width of the opening of the gate) will have to be paved from back of curb to property line. Paved with City Mix No.- with TR-22. (NOTE: Design an appropriate asphalt pavement structural section to accommodate large trucks.)
2. At the bend, where Weymouth turns north and becomes Melody Ln. There appears to be a new ingress/ egress entrance to the property. This will have the same requirements as the other entrance mentioned.

3. Note: All of the rest of the “existing” ROW improvements are satisfactory. NO new sidewalk will be required.
