Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. 2. A Hazardous Material Storage accessory use is required to adhere to the following use specific standards of the Unified Development Code: 4.9.10.B.1 & .2.a 3. The use specific standards above are as follows: a. 1. Aboveground storage tanks for the storage of hazardous materials, such as, but not limited to, hydrogen, gasoline, diesel fuel, automotive fluids, oil, or waste-oil, are permitted as accessory uses in conjunction with and for the purpose of a principal permitted land use . b. (2) Except as specified in this section, the setback standards of the zoning district apply to all accessory storage tanks. (a) If the Fire Chief approves the location of a tank within an enclosed building , the minimum setbacks shall be determined by the Fire Chief, provided that the setbacks shall not be less than those required by the zoning. 4. dan.santacruz@tucsonaz.gov will need to review the plans for compliance.
