1. COMMENT: As there are proposed changes to the site a Development Package meeting
the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Site
shall be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building permit. The checklist
can be found at:
https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf.

The DP is a separate submittal from the building permit and is submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/home. The DP shall clearly show where the wall will be placed on site.

2. COMMENT: Per UDC Section 6.6.2.I, “the maximum height of a wall within a perimeter yard shall be six feet; however, the wall or fence may be higher than six feet, but no higher than ten feet, if: (See Figure 6.6.1-A, Height of Wall or Fence within a Side or Rear Perimeter Yard.) See UDC Section 6.6.2.
I.1-4 for further requirements.

3. COMMENT: A Board of Adjustment Variance will need to be processed and approved to increase the wall height as proposed.
