To comply with Remote Meter Policy No. IV-B.08, Eff. 07142009, each of the proposed parcels will need to have it’s own water meter, and the water meter must be located within that parcel’s real property frontage onto a water main. No sharing of a single water meter will be allowed. 2. The existing buildings on Parcel B may be served by the existing 2” water meter that currently serves the entire parent parcel. It is located in Parcel B’s frontage onto Oracle Road in or near the southernmost entrance. And it may be replaced by a smaller water meter if the existing buildings on Parcel B don’t need such a large water meter. 3. If the existing 2” water meter that currently serves the parent parcel also serves the existing building on Parcel A, the private water line serving this building must be shut off and abandoned to comply with Remote Meter Policy No. IV-B.08, Eff. 07142009. 4. Also, the existing building on Parcel A will need a new water meter located within that parcel’s frontage onto Limberlost Drive to comply with Remote Meter Policy No. IV-B.08, Eff. 07142009. 5. The existing water meter shown in APN 10512023A’s frontage onto Oracle Road may not be used to serve either Parcel A or Parcel B. This water meter serves APN 10512023A. 6. When you officially apply for this lot split, you will be asked for a site plan. That site plan will need to demonstrate how you intend to comply with Tucson Water’s Remote Meter Policy No. IV-B.08, Eff. 07142009. 7.
