COMMENTS:
1. The proposed land division must comply with Administrative Manual 2-07 – Final Plat, Block Plat, Minor Subdivision, and Condominium Plat.
2. As the site has been subdivided and split previously, the proposed land division is processed and reviewed as a Minor Subdivision.
3. A cross access agreement will be required as there are no physical barriers preventing users from crossing property boundaries and accessing each lot.
4. There is no minimum lot size in C-2.
5. There are no setbacks for nonresidential uses adjacent to nonresidential zones.
6. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
