Landings shall be 60” X 60” and not to exceed a 2% cross slope in all directions. 2. New curb access ramp on 11th Ave, to be constructed per P.A.G. standard 207. 3. New concrete Sidewalk along 11th Ave, per P.A.G. standard 200. 4. 3’ minimum buffer between curb and sidewalk, unless ROW is limited. 5. Protect in place existing catch basins. 6.
