| Site Engineering * | REVIEW COMPLETED | Permit Activity Number: TP-PRE-0226-00048 Project: Restaurant remodel, and unpermitted patio Location: 2526 E GRANT RD Review Date: 3/11/2026 Reviewer: Dylan Molina – Engineering Associate – Site Engineering Related Cases: TC-COM-1225-02337 *This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-6 and Technical Standards Manual (TSM) Section for waste management, Pedestrian Access, Hydrology -Retention/Detention Requirements, and all site standard code.* City of Tucson Code: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Codes Site Engineering Review Comments: 1. A development package still needed to cover the unpermitted work from patio – patio adds to expansion total. Expansion <25%, however unpermitted patio changed previous parking configuration which does require submission and approval of a DP. 2. DP needs to be approved before building permit (TC-COM-1225-02337) can be approved by Site Engineering. 3. Please be advised, that future ROW must be shown on DP – provide sight visibility triangles for current and future ROW. This review is for Pre-Application purposes. Please be aware that additional comments may be forthcoming during submission process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dylan Molina at Dylan.Molina@tucsonaz.gov. |
