| Traffic Engineering Review | REVIEW COMPLETED | DTM Traffic Engineering comment: Not sure where in the process this comment applies, but with a proposed fuel center and multiple fast food restaurants, a Traffic Impact Analysis will need to be conducted to ensure that the existing infrastructure (such as the traffic signal at Broadway/Harrison) can accommodate for the increase in traffic due to the development.
