3. We request changes to revised street section figures 9C and 9D: (1.) vertical curb should be required where the sidewalk is attached to the curb.

Site Zoning REVIEW COMPLETED If on-site garages are part of the proposal for the future homes, a minimum of 18' of driveway between a carport or a garage is required, per 6.4.5 the Unified Development Code.
