Traffic Engineering Review REQUIRES RESUBMIT Traffic Engineering comments marked up in Bluebeam Session. Essentially, it would be helpful to know what the planned uses of the 4 buildings are to see what the traffic impact is and to understand whether a Traffic Impact Analysis should be conducted. For example, would a NB right turn lane entering the site be necessary? TIA would guide that decision. Proposed access point at Lee St appears acceptable.
Site Engineering REVIEW COMPLETED 1. Engineering has no comments.
