Traffic Engineering Review - Standard REVIEW COMPLETED LRSC TIA Comments: Doc page 6: Typically weekday counts are collected on a Tuesday through Thursday. However, this final version of the TIA explains that Mondays are the busiest day at the landfill, so count day works! Doc page 32: Storage lengths to be provided at Craycroft/Los Reales should go with COT standard minimum 110 feet, rather than the 85 feet described in the report. In plan set with CIP-0424-00015, 110' storage lengths were included, so good. Doc page 33: Fig 17 proposed lane configuration does not match that of plan set in CIP-0424-00015. Plan set is good, though, as that provides a dedicated SB right turn lane from Craycroft to Los Reales, while the TIA shows that as a shared movement in the figure. - Greg Orsini, 2/12/25
