Site Zoning - Standard REVIEW COMPLETED 1. COMMENT: It is unclear if the proposed number of parking spaces meets the minimum parking required per UDC Table 7.4.4-1. Zoning acknowledges the project narrative states “a multifamily development with 474 spaces would accommodate 271 units, at an average of 1.75 spaces per unit.” However, parking requirements for multifamily residential development are specific to the number of units and the size of each unit. Provide a parking calculation that demonstrates the site has sufficient parking for the proposed unit mix based on size and number of units.
