COMMENT: Demonstrate compliance with UDC 4.9.11.B.5 which states “in addition to the requirements of Section 7.6, Landscaping and Screening, there shall be a decorative masonry wall at least six feet in height between the project site and any residential zone”. Zoning acknowledges the proposal for a new 6’ masonry wall around the proposed use however there is a proposed 20’ wide access gate along Old Spanish Trail that should comply with the intent of the use specific standard.
