Zoning Modifications - DDO * REQUIRES RESUBMIT During review of the DDO submittal, staff identified that the plans now include an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that was not part of the original submittal. Because the ADU requires a separate building permit application and review comments, the DDO cannot move forward at this time.

Please submit a separate permit application for the ADU so it can be reviewed for zoning and building code compliance. Once comments have been issued and the ADU review has progressed, the DDO application can continue processing.
