| Traffic Engineering Review | REVIEW COMPLETED | DTM requested a queuing analysis be performed based on the Pre-App materials. The developer's traffic engineer performed the queuing analysis as part of this submittal. Traffic Engineering Division agrees with the methodology and assumptions made in performing the analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is an incredibly high probability that at basically all times, the drive-thru queuing can be accommodate for on-site. As such, Traffic Engineering does not object to the project moving forward as coffee with drive-thru. No further comments. Thanks! |
