Entitlements REVIEW COMPLETED After reviewing the rezoning materials and UDC (Section 3.5.4.A.2), the request to remove rezoning condition #20 change is determined to be a minor change (not a major change or administrative change). Administrative change deals with a change in a feature of a PDP; while the decel lane removal does affect the PDP, it is also an actual condition of rezoning in which minor amendments to conditions must be considered by the Mayor and Council in a public meeting (UDC Section 3.5.4.B.3). However this request given DTM's review would be supportable by staff.



Also in regards to processing a Block Plat, note that Block Plats are limited to 10 or fewer lots. Typically a tentative plat is the most appropriate method to demonstrate compliance with the rezoning conditions and pdp.



The minor change to condition #20 (removal) could be processed with the filing of a time extension. The time extension shall be considered by Mayor and Council after a public hearing.
